  • Responsible for pulling inspiration from current fashion trends and concepts to create monthly style guide

  • Works closely with buyers, Creative Director and Art Director to make monthly plan for all editorial shoot needs

  • Creates full looks to be shot for editorial, e-commerce, and social media outlets.  Selects pieces that best represent industry trends and brand aesthetic

  • Lead stylist for in-studio and on-location editorial shoots.  Responsible for managing samples, fittings and adhering to shot count.

  • Works closely with buyers to recognize gaps in product range, ensuring brand is up to date and ahead of the curve on industry trends

  • Pulls beauty references to be used for e-commerce and editorial. Directs freelance hair and makeup artists to ensure on-brand execution

  • Works closely with Casting Director and attends weekly model review meetings to ensure casting direction is ahead of industry trends

  • Styles in, and manages assistant stylists in e-commerce studio. Ensures tasks are completed to the highest standards in a fast paced environment

  • Problem solving on set and on location.  Able to make split decisions and changes in order to ensure all needs are met by photographers and Creative Director

  • Works closely with Creative Director to pull inspiration for locations, models and styling trends, usually months in advance

  • Attends castings to ensure models embody the “AE Girl”
